    Jason Mirabella is the architect of the F5 System at Fulcrum5. He brings 25 years of experience in financial services, with the last eight spent in senior leadership roles inside enterprise RIA firms, including positions as Chief Platform Officer and Chief Operations Officer. It was inside those roles, under real operational pressure, that he spent eight years iterating the methodology that became the F5 System.

    Josh Van Heukelom is a technology executive, founder, and SaaS product leader with more than 26 years of IT and software development experience. He helps RIAs and wealthtech companies turn technology into a scalable operating advantage by combining deep wealth management domain knowledge with Salesforce, workflow, integration, data, and platform modernization expertise. He has guided multiple multi-billion-dollar RIAs through strategic technology initiatives and technology team turnarounds. Josh also co-founded Orchestrate, a Salesforce-based SaaS company that sold into hundreds of RIA firms and was later acquired by Conga, where he led SaaS engineering and platform product teams.

She has led end-to-end integrations of multiple acquisitions totaling 100+ employees, built repeatable integration playbooks, and delivered 100+ consulting engagements across strategic planning, process development, and operational efficiency. Martha excels at anticipating what's needed, communicating clearly, and building trust quickly with leaders and teams alike. She leaves every engagement with people, processes, and systems in better shape than she found them.

  • Rachel Glass

    HEAD OF EXECUTION

    Rachel Glass leads the execution layer at Fulcrum5, bridging strategy and delivery for enterprise RIA clients through F5's purpose-built project management structure. She brings direct experience building AI-enabled workflows and systems, including automated data collection and processing tools that replaced manual intake work at her prior firm. Before joining Fulcrum5, she served as Chief Operating Officer for a multi-entity wealth management platform, aligning strategy, infrastructure, and execution across investment advisory, risk management, and asset management entities. Previously, she was Executive Director for a multi-family office, where she built the operational systems behind a founder's vision for scale. She also spent eight years at Principal Financial Group, moving from investigations and HR operations into data and analytics translation.

  • Ande Jorgenson

    HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION

    Ande Jorgenson is a strategic operations leader with more than a decade of experience improving processes and workflows in financial technology and wealth management. At Sanctuary Wealth, Ande oversaw investment reporting and billing as assets under management grew from roughly $20 billion to $60 billion, scaling both functions without adding headcount. Ande also led the integration of the Tru Independence billing team and designed custom solutions for affiliated firms. Previously at Orion Advisor Tech, Ande led automation projects that saved more than 2,000 working hours. Drawing on years of running their own business and strong data analytics skills, Ande brings a practical eye for spotting gaps, turning data into insight, and building solutions that solve real business problems.

    Lesley brings more than 25 years of experience in financial technology, including serving as Director of New Client Onboarding at Advyzon and leading historical data conversions at Orion. Her expertise spans data migrations, implementations, and operational leadership across wealth management and CRM platforms. Known for her practical approach to problem solving, Lesley embraces emerging technologies and brings people and processes together to make transitions easier and create a better client experience.

Her career at Orion spanned trading, operations, client service, and Salesforce leadership, providing a strong foundation in both business and technology. Through her consulting work with DefyTech, she has helped organizations optimize Salesforce, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency. With five Salesforce certifications and deep industry expertise, Nicole focuses on delivering practical, scalable CRM solutions that align technology with business goals and maximize CRM investments.
